Shipping Policy

At Nutvibe, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner so that you receive fresh, high-quality products in the best condition possible. This Shipping Policy is designed to provide transparency, reliability, and convenience.

  1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently deliver across all major cities and 29,000+ serviceable PIN codes across India.

For bulk, corporate, or customized orders, shipping may be arranged across India upon request, subject to feasibility.

  1. SHIPPING TIMELINES
    Mumbai & Suburbs: 2–7 business days
    Pan-India Delivery: 5–7 business days (may vary by location)
    Important Note (Perishable Goods)

Customers are advised to inspect products upon delivery. Acceptance of delivery shall be considered confirmation that the order was received in acceptable condition. Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, failing which the delivery shall be deemed accepted.

Delivery timelines may vary due to weekends, public holidays, courier delays, or Force Majeure events (including weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions).

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES
    Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (excluding taxes and packaging charges)
    For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
    Outstation charges vary based on weight, location, and delivery speed
  2. ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS.

Tracking updates are dependent on third-party courier systems and may occasionally have delays or discrepancies.

  1. PACKAGING & QUALITY ASSURANCE

To ensure food safety and freshness:

All products are packed in tamper-proof packaging
Each order undergoes quality checks before dispatch

  1. DELIVERY GUIDELINES
    Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
    Courier partners may attempt delivery up to three times
    If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to Nutvibe
    Return to Origin (RTO)

If the order is returned due to failed delivery attempts:

Perishable goods are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of verified damage or defect

Reshipping Option

Customers may request reshipping by contacting support.
Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

  1. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
    We do not offer international shipping due to the perishable nature of products
    Certain remote or non-serviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery
  2. DELAYS OR ISSUES

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or other external factors.

Support Commitment
Our support team will respond within 48 hours of receiving a complaint
If delivery exceeds 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, we will evaluate the issue and may offer:
Refund
Replacement
Reshipping
Force Majeure

Nutvibe shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

B. EXCHANGE POLICY – NUTVIBE

At Nutvibe, customer satisfaction and food safety are our highest priorities. Due to the perishable nature of our products, strict hygiene standards are followed.

We offer exchanges or compensation in specific cases as outlined below.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

Exchange requests will only be accepted if the product is:

Damaged (significant damage to packaging affecting product integrity)
Defective (visible contamination or spoilage)
Incorrect (wrong product delivered)

  1. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE

To be eligible:

Product must be in original packaging
Inner seal must remain untouched and intact
Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Required Submission:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of product and packaging
Description of issue
Exchange request details

  1. EXCHANGE PROCESS

Once approved:

Pickup

Free pickup may be arranged in select locations for defective or incorrect items.

Replacement

A replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible.

Alternative Resolution

If replacement is unavailable:

A gift voucher of equal value will be issued, OR
A refund may be provided (based on customer preference and availability)

  1. COMPENSATION

Approved claims may receive:

Gift voucher equivalent to product value
Validity: 3 months from issue date

C. CANCELLATION POLICY – NUTVIBE

At Nutvibe, we aim to process orders quickly to ensure product freshness and timely delivery. However, we understand that cancellation requests may arise.

  1. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

To request cancellation:

Refund Timeline:
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days
Refund will be processed to the original payment method
COD orders are not eligible for refund unless otherwise approved

  1. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of products.

  1. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

The following cannot be cancelled:

Shipped, dispatched, or delivered orders
Customized gift boxes or bulk corporate orders
Orders refused at delivery
Orders delivered to alternate addresses as per customer instruction
Products affected by Force Majeure conditions
Tampered or opened products after delivery

  1. REFUND FOR CANCELLATIONS
    Approved cancellations will receive a full refund
    Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
